Dr. Shoshana Izkhakov, PT, OCS, WCS / Clinical Director
Dr. Izkhakov graduated from Long Island University, NY in 2009 and received her Board Certifications as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2013 and as a Women’s Health Certified Specialist in 2021. Dr. Izkhakov has extensive experience working in the field of orthopedics, and has been involved in the treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction for men and women since 2014. Dr. Izkhakov has been recognized in the development of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction rehabilitation program in Buffalo, NY.
She is dedicated to delivering care that is evidence-based and clinically effective. She values professionalism, honesty and an open dialogue with patients and colleagues. She strives to help her patients achieve their highest activity level and designs every rehabilitation program for the needs of each individual patient.

Dr. Alison Jaeger, PT / Physical Therapist
Dr. Jaeger graduated from Touro University Nevada in 2018. She has been working as an orthopedic physical therapist in the Las Vegas Valley since graduation. She enjoys learning and implementing evidence-based techniques in clinical practice and enjoys educating herself on the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy. She strives to empower patients to utilize movement and education to improve their quality of life and increase their independence. She enjoys hiking, road biking, reading, and hanging out with her two dogs, Carl and Brutus.
Kris Sarmiento / Physical Therapy Technician
Kris graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is passionate about the mystery of the human anatomy and interacting with patients, and is working towards her goal to become a physician assistant in the future. As a Vegas native, she enjoys helping out the community through different fundraising events and volunteer work.
